The Shipley Co. is thrilled to announce the launch of our exclusive Home Services division. Although we’ve been in the business of listing homes for years as part of our land services, we’ll now formally offer residential home sales led by The Shipley Co. Co-Founder and REALTOR, Meg Shipley, JD.
Meg, a locally recognized top realtor, will continue to provide her expertise to her home buying and selling clients under The Shipley Co. banner. Meg is licensed in the Triad MLS and can assist home buyers in the greater Triad area.
“When John and I launched The Shipley Co. in 2022, I assisted on deals where both land and homes were involved, but kept my license at a local firm to assist my residential home clients. After almost two years of hanging my hat at two firms, it now feels natural to bridge our efforts together and bring all my residential home clients under The Shipley Co. brand,” says Meg.
Meg will continue to partner with the team when assisting clients where both acreage and residential homes are involved.
